Quality control procedure: 
a. Before printing, we need to check the paper material and confirm its smoothness, elasticity and folding strength.
b. When printing, we need to double check the color and control color difference. Normally, front of card will be print first, about 12 hours front of card printing after, the printing of back card will be continued. It needs about 5-7 days for ink dry then next procedure.
c. After printing, we will check the paper and confirm if the printing meets the production requirements and specifications.
d. Then linen procedure if needed and glossy, cutting and other procedure.
